I don't really care about the desktop, window borders, sounds or my screen saver.  What I care almost is this blinding white groundwork on file explorer. Seriously, make information technology an option to change the background color in FILE EXPLORER or make the dark option for apps employ globally.....

My husband inadvertently changed something on his PC.  Now the file explorer background is black, and titles are black too.  how can we change information technology dorsum to default setting?

I have read the string, and support the User's concerns.  MS Outlook allows Users to modify the groundwork color to black.  What a relief to my eyes!!!  Delight come with a way to do the same in File Explorer.  It is actually harming my/our eyes.  Thanks, and provide your thoughts.
